Samantha
McConnell
Sam joined the practice
in 1995 as a trainee dental nurse working mainly with
Dr. D. Langman. She qualified in May
1998 and specialised in Health & Safety and Training.
Sam also holds the Radiography for Dental Nurses Certificate,
First Aid at Work, NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Occupational
Health & Safety, NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Cross-Infection
Control, the Further and Adult Education Teaching Certificate
and D32/33 Assessor Awards. Sam now works part-time and
is responsible for keeping up to date with health & safety,
clinical governance and employment legislation. She also
heads a training team to teach trainee dental nurses
in
preparation for their National Examining Board for Dental
Nurses National Certificate examination.
Outside work Sam is Secretary of the Stratford and District
Ambulance Association. |
