Barbara Keyte – Senior Administrator
Barbara has been with the practice for 22 years. Starting part-time on reception, her role has gradually evolved to full-time Practice Administrator with extended duties such as maintaining the computer software, staff rotas, dealing with incoming and outgoing practice correspondence, liaising with the Primary Care Trust and handling patients queries.

Lorraine James – Reception & Stock Controller
Lorraine has worked for the practice as a receptionist for 23 years. She has been Stock Controller for the last 10 years with responsibilities for the purchase of all sundries. A keen Chelsea supporter Lorraine follows athletics with great passion.
