Barbara Keyte – Senior Administrator
Barbara has been with the practice since 1986. Starting part-time on reception, her role has gradually evolved to full-time Practice Administrator with extended duties such as maintaining the computer software, staff rotas, dealing with incoming and outgoing practice correspondence, liaising with the Primary Care Trust and handling patients queries.

Lorraine James – Reception & Stock Controller
Lorraine has worked for the practice as a receptionist since 1985. She has been Stock Controller since 1997 with responsibilities for the purchase of all sundries.
