Julie started working in dentistry as a dental nurse aged 18. She went on to gain her dental nursing qualification in 1994 from Birmingham Dental Hospital. Julie progressed in her career to qualify from Leeds Dental Institute as a dual qualified dental hygienist and therapist on their dual qualification Diploma scheme in 2003.

Julie returned to the Midlands and has worked in practices in both Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Julie quickly discovered her love is for Dental Hygiene. “I enjoy helping patients to realise the improvements they can make to their gingival health at home through the use of good thorough techniques. Along with seeing an increased level of confidence this can give someone”.

Outside of dental work Julie has a passion for skincare and aesthetics. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog and getting away with the family in their campervan.
